As we continue to scale globally, we are looking for a US General Manager to establish and accelerate Treble’s commercial presence in the United States. This is a senior, highly visible leadership role with broad scope and significant impact on the company’s global trajectory.
About the role:
As US General Manager, you will be responsible for driving Treble’s growth and strategic positioning in the US market. You will operate close to our largest customers, partners, and prospects, especially within the tech and audio industries.
This is a senior leadership role with a strong commercial focus and broad scope. You will work closely with Treble’s sales, product, partnerships, and marketing teams, acting as a key extension of the company’s leadership team in the US. With a strong commercial mandate, you will help shape Treble’s US go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging, and provide market-driven input that informs global positioning and product direction.
The role is ideal for a senior industry professional who combines deep domain expertise with strong commercial instincts and a hands-on mindset, and who enjoys building something meaningful in a fast-paced high-ambition growth environment.
Your tasks include:
- Lead and drive Treble’s commercial traction and market presence in the US, in close alignment with the global commercial leadership
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and influencers across the US tech and audio landscape
- Support enterprise sales efforts through direct involvement in strategic opportunities and key accounts
- Serve as a senior point of contact for US-based customers and partners
- Shape and execute Treble’s US go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging
- Provide structured market-driven input into product strategy and roadmap decisions
- Collaborate closely with leadership, product, and technical teams to align market needs with product development
- Help establish and grow Treble’s US organization over time
- Represent Treble at industry events, conferences, and strategic meetings
- Contribute to thought leadership, marketing content, and strategic partnerships in the US market
What we are looking for:
- Senior industry experience within audio, AI, or adjacent deep-tech domains
- Strong understanding of areas such as audio AI, audio signal processing, acoustics, voice technology, audio hardware, physical AI, or machine perception
- Experience working with or within large technology companies
- Strong commercial judgement, with experience supporting or driving complex enterprise-level sales processes
- Established network within relevant US tech and audio ecosystems
- Highly self-driven, operating independently with significant ownership and accountability
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ambition to build and scale a market presence from an early stage
- Ability to operate across strategy, execution, and relationship-building
- Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to represent the company at executive level
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and commercial teams
Nice to have:
- Experience in senior roles at Big Tech or leading deep-tech companies
- Experience launching or scaling products in the US market
- Background combining technical depth and commercial responsibilities
- Experience building or leading teams in the US
- Familiarity with developer platforms, SDKs, or infrastructure products

Location
United States (preferred major tech hubs). Regular travel to Treble HQ in Reykjavik and to customers is expected.
