We’re now looking for a German-speaking Strategic Customer Success Consultant to join us on this exciting journey!
What you'll own
In this role, you will:- Be a trusted partner to our strategic customers, building strong, long-term relationships.
- Stay close to their goals, checking in regularly and offering guidance to help them succeed with Prewave.
- Run engaging activities like market trend updates, workshops, and customer roundtables.
- Gather and share feedback, spotting patterns and sharing ideas for product improvements.
- Train and support users, helping them get the most out of Prewave with best practices and tailored advice.
- Present our product’s value, identifying opportunities to grow accounts and add value.
- Be the voice of the customer, sharing insights with our product team to shape future development.
- Juggle multiple projects, keeping timelines on track and communication clear.
- Keep customer data clean and organized, ensuring a seamless experience across tools and platforms.
What we are looking for
Must haves- 6-10 years of experience in a customer-facing role (consulting, customer success)
- Previous experience with leading complex projects for strategic customers
- Excellent organizational and project management skills- managing multiple customer accounts and projects simultaneously
- Tech-savviness and ability to work with various technologies and online platforms
- Familiarity or willingness to work in a high-paced start-up environment
- Valid work permit for Austria
- Fluent English and German skills
- Previous experience in technical industry/environment
- Previous experience or exposure to supply chain environment
- Previous experience in procurement industry/environment
