We are looking for a Business Development Team Lead - International to join us on this exciting journey!

As our Business Development Team Leader at Prewave, you will…

• Motivate, guide and manage a team of highly motivated BDRs who are responsible for Prewave’s international expansion
• Work closely and collaboratively with our Marketing team and AEs to develop entry strategies into new markets
• We expect you to have done the groundwork yourself prior so you can educate the team on best outbound practices, including cold calling
• Coach your team to understand the customers’ pain points using sales methodologies
• Keep an overview of several projects at a time, monitor their progress and make sure deadlines are met

Must haves

• Master’s degree or equivalent education
• 3+ years of experience in a management position, leading a business development / sales team
• 5+ years of experience in sales/ business development in B2B SaaS environments
• Experience running outbound and account planning
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Additional languages like German or French are a plus
• Valid work permit for Austria
• Living in a commutable distance to Vienna or willing to relocate

Bonus points for

• Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Outgoing personality and passion to succeed
• Genuine interest in AI, risk prediction, supply chains and purpose driven products

• An extensive compensation package: We are offering an attractive compensation package that consists of a base salary and a performance-based bonus. The minimum OTE (on-target-earning), which is the projected salary (base + bonus), for this role is EUR 65.000 gross a year. The actual compensation package is based on your qualifications and experience.
