What We’re Looking For
We’re hiring a Junior Account Development Representative to join our fast-growing team in Tel Aviv. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly driven, intellectually curious, and eager to grow within the world of enterprise tech sales.

We’re not looking for seasoned reps with rigid habits—we’re looking for someone coachable, adaptable, and ready to bring fresh energy to our team. If you're a recent graduate or early-career professional with a sharp mind and passion for business development, you’ll thrive here. Candidates from top-tier U.S. colleges and universities are especially encouraged to apply.

This is not your typical high-volume SDR job. We emphasize quality over quantity, and we want someone who enjoys thoughtful engagement, account-based strategy, and building meaningful connections through social selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and map key enterprise accounts in our target verticals (retail, logistics, manufacturing, etc.).
  • Support the Sales and Marketing teams in identifying and prioritizing high-value target accounts.
  • Support inbound lead qualification and conversion.
  • Actively engage with prospects on LinkedIn—connecting, commenting, and starting conversations in an authentic, value-driven way.
  • Apply social selling strategies to build trust, establish thought leadership, and open doors into strategic accounts.
  • Run highly targeted outbound prospecting campaigns with a focus on personalization and relevance.
  • Collaborate with marketing on account-based campaigns and nurture strategies.
  • Help craft messaging for outreach (emails, social messages, call scripts, etc.).
  • Make thoughtful, strategic outreach calls and send tailored emails—this is not a high-volume dialing role.

Requirements

  • Native English speaker (American accent required) with deep familiarity with the U.S. business culture and enterprise buyer personas.
  • 0–2 years of experience in B2B sales, SDR, or business development (internships and recent grads welcome).
  • Strong research and organizational skills—able to navigate org charts, buying committees, and account hierarchies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to learn.
  • Passion for LinkedIn as a business development and relationship-building platform.
    Experience or strong interest in social selling and digital-first engagement.
  • Comfortable working from our Tel Aviv office.
  • Bonus: Graduate of a top-tier U.S. college or university.
